Aloha Pūʻōhala ʻOhana!
We hope you have been enjoying the video recordings for our College and Careers Week! Please continue to go to our website https://puohala.weebly.com/. We will keep those videos up in case you haven't been able to watch them all. It would be a good ohana discussion if after you view them as a family unit, you can discuss college or career ideas with your keiki. It is never to early to have keiki think about what they would enjoy doing when they "grow up." Even have them write it down or help them write it and put it in a safe place. It's nice to revisit those dreams, goals and aspirations. Sometimes it stays the same but many times it changes. As you navigate our website, you will see updated information about our office hours. We now have regular office hours to conduct business such as enrollments and withdrawals. Please call the office before coming so you are aware of the paperwork needed and/or when your paperwork will be ready. If you are withdrawing to attend a different school, your packet will not be ready until the first week of June. Again, please call the office and speak to our registrar clerk, Ms. Drew Sherry. Plan to pickup withdrawal packets on or after June 5, 2020. If you are someone you know is wanting to enroll in our school, please have them call our office at 305-5900. PLANS FOR DISBURSEMENT OF CLASSROOM SUPPLIES AND RETURN OF TECHNOLOGY FRIDAY, MAY 29 & MONDAY, JUNE 1 - 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - These are the two days we would like to have ohana come and pick up their still useable classroom supplies left behind before spring break. Our teachers are in the process of packing them up for your keiki. During this pick-up, please return borrowed classroom or library books as well as technology. Don't forget the cords! More information and reminders will be forthcoming. Continue to work hard in distance learning! We are so proud of our many students who have been working hard and turning in assignments from home. The teachers have also worked diligently to have these distance learning activities prepared daily for your keiki. Thank you for your support as well! This has been a hard traveled road for us all. Hope you all stay safe and healthy! Mahalo, Pu'ohala Staff and Administration
